Currently, all of our products are personalised by laser engraving.
What is laser engraving
It is the practice of using laser beams to engrave into materials, which results in permanent marks.
What the difference between laser engraving and colour printing
The main advantage of colour printing is that: yes, customers can choose any colour. However, printing is susceptible to fading and will wear off over time.
With laser engraving, the colour of the marks depends on the materials of the products, therefore we have no control over the colour. However, the engraving marks will last forever (even longer than the product itself).
How to order
Place an order and then leave notes about which font style below you want and the words to engrave on the pen cap. For example, font style 10 + Elizabeth.
Free shipping for order sent from Hong Kong Warehouse, and flat shipping rate $9.95 for every order shipped from New Zealand up to 5Kg.
Handling time: 1 - 2 working days once payment is cleared.
Delivery Time: Except for those customized or personalized items with longer shipping time specified in product page, delivery time is usually 7-12 working days to most metro address in Australia, and extra days to a rural address.
Product will be sent by fully tracked parcels from New Zealand or Hong Kong as stated in product detail page. More information can be found in FAQs and Shipping & Tracking page.
We offer 14-day no-question-asked refund policy for products in re-salable conditions (unopened with undamaged packaging. All accessories, parts and manuals etc. must be included and as their original conditions).
The following products are not returnable and refundable:
- Used or opened consumable products such as cosmetics or a bottle of capsules etc.;
- All products listed as clearance items (with a short product expiry);
- A product with a clear statement displayed on its page as non refundable for your health and safety protection.
