How long does one patch last, and how soon does it work?
Each patch delivers a steady release for 8–12 hours of wear — enough to cover a full workday, a flight, or a night's sleep depending on which one you're using.
Can I use a patch every day, and can I wear more than one at a time?
Yes — RISE, CURB, EASE, and DREAM are all designed for everyday use. You can also wear more than one patch at the same time if you need to cover a few things in one day.
Can I use A Better Day patches if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication?
We don't recommend using our patches if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking medication. Please check with your healthcare provider before use.
Where should I apply the patch, and what if I have sensitive skin?
Clean, dry skin works best — the inner wrist, shoulder, or upper arm are all good spots. If you have sensitive skin, patch-test on a small area first, and remove it right away if you notice any irritation.
