What are A Better Day patches?
A Better Day makes simple, discreet patches designed to fit into your everyday routine. There are four: DREAM for your night routine, FOCUS for your workday, CURB for mindful snacking habits, and RECOVER for your reset and recharge routine.
How many patches are in a pack?
Each pack contains 30 single-use patches.
How do I use a patch?
Apply one patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin and press it down for a few seconds. See our how to use guide for step-by-step tips.
How long can I wear a patch?
Each patch can be worn for up to 8 hours.
When should I use DREAM?
DREAM is designed for your evening routine. Apply it before bed.
Can I shower or exercise with a patch on?
For the best stick, apply your patch after showering and avoid heavy moisturisers on that area.
Which patch is right for me?

Is there anyone who shouldn't use the patches?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, please talk to your healthcare professional before use. Stop use if you notice any skin irritation.

What is the difference between DREAM, FOCUS, CURB and RECOVER?
Each patch is made for a different part of your day. DREAM is for your evening and night routine, FOCUS is for your workday, CURB is for the moments you reach for a snack out of habit, and RECOVER is for your reset and recharge routine.

Can I subscribe and save?
Yes. Choose Subscribe & Save on any product page. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $55. We currently ship within Australia.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used patches cannot be returned. Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
