How to use FOCUS

1. Choose an area of clean, dry, hair-free skin, such as the inner wrist, upper arm or shoulder.
2. Peel the patch from its backing and press it firmly onto your skin for a few seconds.
3. Wear for up to 8 hours, then peel off and throw away. Each patch is single use.
